inorder to further promote the process of new pattern industrialization, inrecent years, laixi municipal committee and government implement theconstruction strategy of industrial zones and industrial clusters in accordancewith scientific planning, and requirements of reasonable layout. the detailsare as follows：
1) industrial zones. the overall planningarea of industrial zone is 114 square kilometers with essentially soundinfrastructure.
2)industrial agglomeration. there are six industrial agglomerations, with total planning area of 12663 hectares and 6900 hectares of them have been developed. they are mainly agricultural and sideline food processing, textile, clothing, shoes and hats, machinery and accessories, rubber materials, new energy vehicles and graphite materials agglomerations.
laixi textile garment and footwearindustry clusters：laixi textile, apparel and footwear industrial agglomeration is located in shuiji street and jiangshan town. the planning area of it is 1500 hectares, in which 330 hectares have been developed. it includes 800 planning hectares of shuiji garment industrial part and 700 planning hectares of jiangshan shoes, hats and bags industrial park. the leading industries include textile, printing and dyeing, medium and high-grade clothing production, footwear production, sports clothing, sports bags, high-end knitwear manufacturing industries. there are 92 designed size enterprises in 2016 with the output value of 15 billion yuan.
laixi agricultural and subsidiary food processingindustrial clusters：laixi agricultural food processing industrial agglomeration (it has been identified as the provincial industrial agglomeration) is located in economic development zone, guhe street and shuiji street. the planning area of it is 4230 hectares, in which, 2610 hectares have been developed. it includes 2400 planning hectares of guhe food processing industry base, 600 planning hectares of shuiji food processing classic park and 1200 planning hectares of agricultural products deep processing industrial park in laixi development zone. the leading industries include livestock and poultry meat processing, dairy production, grain and oil production, fruit and vegetable deep processing, salt and aviation food manufacturing industries. there are 91 designed size enterprises in 2016 with the output value of 41 billion yuan.
laixi machinery and parts industrialclusters：laixi machinery and accessories industrial agglomeration is located in economic development zone and jiangshan town. the planning area of it is 2700 hectares. it includes 1500 planning hectares of machinery industrial park in laixi development zone (including economic development zone and wangcheng street), 1200 planning hectares of mechanical manufacturing area in jiangshan light industry manufacturing base. the leading industries include auto parts, aircraft and ship spare parts, motorcycle parts, agricultural machinery, engineering machinery parts and accessory products, light industrial machinery and electronic manufacture industries. there are 107 designed size enterprises in 2016 with the output value of 22 billion yuan.
laixi rubber industry clusters：laixi rubber industrial agglomeration is located in jiangshan town. the planning area of it is 1000 hectares, in which, 160 hectares have been developed. it includes jiangshan rubber tire industrial park and li quanzhuang rubber industrial district. the leading industries include rubber materials manufacture, rubber products, tire manufacture and synthetic rubber production. there are 13 designed size enterprises in 2016 with the output value of 16 billion yuan.
laixi recyclingeconomy industry cluster：new energy automobile industrial agglomeration is located in jiangshan town. the planning area of the first phase is 200 hectares, in which, 82 hectares have been developed. it is located in jiangshan light industrial function areas. the leading industries include new energy vehicles, motor, battery, electronic industries. there are 5 designed size enterprises in 2016 with the output value of 1.57 billion yuan.
laixigraphite material industry cluster：laixi new graphite materials agglomeration is located in nanshu town. the planning area of it is 1000 hectares, in which, 500 hectares have been developed. the leading industries include new graphite materials, graphite deep processing and other industries. there are 58 designed size enterprises in 2016 with the output value of 4.2 billion yuan.
