the arubberchemical industry and machinery manufacturing industry. and there are fivestrategic new-emerging industries：new energy, new material, biologicalmedicine, energy saving and environmental protection and informationtechnology. thereal estate industry, information service industry and intermediary serviceindustry are actively fostered here. in 2012, the added value of city“s serviceindustry reached 21.795 billion rmb, with year-on-year 13.5% growth, increasedby 1.3 percent, accounting for 41.13 percent of the total gdp of the city. theadded value of modern services totaled 3.794 billion rmb, with an increase of17.3 percent. the retail sales of consumer goods reached 18.22 billion rmb, withan increase of 15%. there are 12existing banking financial institutions with deposits of 22.703 billion rmb andthe loan balance of 13.626 billion rmb, which are increased by 17.5% and 21.6%respectively. the deposit-loan ratio reached 60.02%,and the new-added deposit-loan ratio reached 71.59%. both ratios made thehighest level in history.
